How do I order, what happens? In the shop, click on the picture of what you want. You’ll be taken to a page with more information and pictures. From here click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Fill in your details, so we know where to send everything. Currently, we only have physical products and are only delivering within Australia. When your done, an order confirmation will come up on the screen when your all done and one will be sent to your email. Paypal will also send you an email to say your payment has gone through. (No you do not need a paypal account to order). You will receive a shipping confirmation once your goods have been posted.
Do I need a PayPal account to order? NO. You don’t need an account or need to make one. Paypal is the merchant facility we use. (Like a bank) You can use your debit or credit card to make a purchase. This choice will be under the ‘hey would you like to open an account’ question.
I have put in my card details and it doesn’t work? First things to ask yourself …
Have I put in the correct details?
Is my card expired?
Is this a debit or a credit card I am using? Not an eftpos card. What?
How do I know if it is a credit/debit card or an eftpos card? Your credit/debit card will have a CCV number on the back and will have a credit card symbol such as Visa, Mastercard etc. This is the one you can use here. 4. Have you stop/block on your card for internet payments through your bank app? (This is a new feature some bank phone apps has) 5. Check that there has been no unusual activity on your card. If there has, you may have received notification of a security block has been placed on it for your safety.
What countries do you deliver to? Currently we only have the physical books and are only delivering within Australia. We will make the upcoming PDF versions of the books available world wide.
When will I receive my goods? Allow 7-14 days from day of shipping. We will be sending your delivery by Australian Post. We don’t express post or use couriers as most trucks go through town early.
What $ currency do you use? All of our goods are listed in AUD (Australian dollars) with GST included. Yes, I know a lot of you are used to everything in US dollars on the internet, but I refuse to change. I have a thing about this.
What is your refund policy? Undamaged physical products may be returned for a refund of purchase price. (Not postage) Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please allow 7-21 working days for refund as goods may take a while to travel back to us and process.

You are important to me but I don’t spend every moment of the day at the computer or phone. I spend a lot of time outside, living the country lifestyle, without an electronic device attached to me.
